An Appendix 2A in respect of the Shares was lodged with ASX today, 2 October 2026. The Placement Shares were issued pursuant to the placement announced on 23 September 2026. The number of Placement Shares issued has increased from 146,222,222 to 146,290,438 as a result of rounding of individual investor allocations. Accordingly, the number of Listed Options and the number of Unlisted Options attaching to the Placement Shares have each increased to 73,145,224. The issue of the Options remains subject to shareholder approval at the Company's upcoming annual general meeting. All other terms of the Placement remain unchanged. The Placement Shares were issued utilising the Company’s existing placement capacity under Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A through the issue of 87,774,235 and 58,516,203 Placement Shares respectively. The Placement Shares rank equally with the existing fully paid ordinary shares on issue The Company gives notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) that: 1. On 2 October 2026 the Company issued 146,290,438 fully paid ordinary shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act; and 2. as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with: (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and (b) section 674 and section 674A of the Corporations Act; and 3. as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is “excluded information” (as defined in section 708A(7) of the Corporations Act) which is required to be disclosed by the Company in accordance with Section 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
