The offer comprises a pro-rata non-renounceable issue of up to approximately 91,431,560 new options (New Options) to Eligible Shareholders, being shareholders with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand as at 5:00pm AWST on Wednesday, 14 October 2026 (Record Date), on the basis of one (1) New Option for every eight (8) Shares held on the Record Date, at an issue price of $0.001 per New Option to raise up to approximately $91,432 (before costs) (Offer). Each New Option will be exercisable at $0.03 and will expire on 12 July 2030. The Company intends to apply for quotation of the New Options on ASX. Eligible Shareholders should read the Prospectus in full before deciding whether to participate in the Offer.
