Announcement PDF ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 26 SEPTEMBER 2025 CLEANSING NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A(5)(E) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT On 26 September 2025, Sultan Resources Ltd (ACN 623 652 522) (Company) completed the issue of 201,856,257 fully paid ordinary shares (Shortfall Shares) in the capital of the Company (Shares) at an issue price of $0.005 per Share. The notification of Shortfall Shares was previously announced on 25 July 2025. The Company gives notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) that: 1. the Company issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act; and 2. as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with: (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and (b) section 674 and section 674A of the Corporations Act; and 3. as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is “excluded information” (as defined in section 708A(7) of the Corporations Act) which is required to be disclosed by the Company in accordance with Section 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
